Does “Managed” covers support for software used to build a website (like WordPress, WooCommerce, Joomla, etc)?
Generally no. Managed web hosting services do not cover the support and troubleshooting of the software used to build your website.
But you can get support for that also, on user by user basis. Please contact us.
Do you provide support for WordPress websites?
Yes we do. But is not covered by the annual web hosting fee. You may contact us to give you a quote for your special needs.
